5 reasons to celebrate the birth of the Prophet ﷺ- tell your children about them:
1- The Messenger of Allah ﷺ himself celebrated his noble birth by fasting every Monday.
2- When the Prophet ﷺ was asked why you fast on Monday, he said: “That is the day I was born.”
3- Allah honored His Prophet ﷺ by making the day of his birth the day of his migration, on Monday, and making the month of his birth the month of his migration - the month of Rabi’ al-Awwal.
4- The Tabaeen used to gather people on the day of the Prophet’s ﷺ birth to tell them his biography.
5- The people of Egypt and the Levant used to make sweets for children to instill in then the love of the Prophet ﷺ on the day of his birth ﷺ.
